  • 500 envelopes per box covers high-volume mailing needs

Square envelopes for invitations

These 5.5-inch square envelopes come in a box of 500 and suit wedding invitations, greeting cards and small announcements. The vellum-finish white sulphite paper is SFI certified with 92 percent brightness for a clean, professional look. The remoistening seal on the 1.875-inch square flap provides a secure closure without extra adhesive.

Side-seam construction simplifies loading

Two side seams under the envelope body keep the front face flat, so sheets feed smoothly through most desktop printers and copiers. The square flap folds down cleanly for hand-sealing or machine inserting. Very thick card inserts may not slide easily under the 1.875-inch flap, and heavy automated inserters can occasionally catch the square corners.

Holds standard A7 cards with room to spare

Each envelope weighs 28 lb and the box totals 7.5 lbs, giving enough stiffness to protect contents in transit. The 5.5-inch interior comfortably fits a folded A7 card or a single-layer invitation suite. Bulky multi-page booklets or rigid inserts will exceed the usable capacity and may cause sealing problems.
