Janitorial Handheld Sprayer

The Westward 1 gal sprayer is built for janitorial and sanitation tasks. Its polyethylene tank holds one gallon and includes an in-tank filter. A 34 in overall length and a 12 in polypropylene wand give reach for floor and surface work.

45 psi Pressure Limit

Maximum operating pressure is 45 psi with no pressure-release valve fitted. The pump stroke is 11 in and the Viton seals resist common cleaning chemicals. Users must manage pressure manually during each job.

One Gallon Capacity

The 1 gal tank suits spot cleaning and small-area disinfection. Buyers who need continuous coverage of larger spaces will find the volume limiting. The 4 1/2 in fill opening speeds refills between tasks.

Questions about this item

Which 1 gal janitorial sprayer should I choose for general cleaning?

This ZORO SELECT 12U478 model holds 1 gal, reaches 45 psi, and includes a 34 in overall length with a 12 in wand and 3 1/2 ft hose for typical janitorial tasks.

What does the 45 psi rating mean when I am spraying?

The 45 psi maximum pressure produces a cone pattern through the adjustable polyethylene nozzle, suitable for applying cleaning solutions on floors and surfaces.

How does the Viton seal affect chemical compatibility?

Viton gaskets resist a wide range of janitorial chemicals, so the sprayer maintains a tight seal with most sanitation solutions used in commercial cleaning.
