Professional Inside Corner Trowel

The Westward 13P539 is a stainless steel inside corner trowel built for finishing interior angles in drywall, plaster, concrete and masonry. Its 11-inch overall length and ergonomic plastic-rubber handle give professionals and serious DIYers the reach and comfort needed for extended smoothing work.

Ideal for corner finishing, not flatwork

This tool suits tradespeople and renovators who need a dedicated inside-corner blade for tight joints and consistent angles. It is not for workers who primarily float large flat surfaces, apply textured coatings with notched edges or require an outside-corner profile for external edges.

Stainless steel blade resists corrosion

The 5-inch by 4-inch stainless steel blade maintains a clean edge through wet mixes and repeated cleaning, reducing the risk of rust stains on finished surfaces. This material choice decides whether the trowel survives daily professional use without pitting or contaminating light-coloured plasters.

Questions about this item

What does the 11-inch overall length mean when I am finishing an inside corner?

The 11-inch length gives you a long enough reach to smooth both sides of an inside corner in one pass without repositioning the tool.

How does the stainless-steel blade affect the finish on drywall or plaster?

Stainless steel resists rust and does not leave metal marks, so the corner stays clean through repeated passes on concrete, drywall, masonry or plaster.

What do the 5-inch blade and 5-inch handle add up to for mounting or storage?

Together they make the 11-inch overall tool, which fits in a standard tool bag or hangs on a pegboard hook without special brackets.
