Manual grease gun for heavy-duty lubrication

The Westward 15F202 is a lever-style manual grease gun built for automotive and industrial maintenance. It accepts standard 14 oz cartridges or 16 oz bulk fill, making it suitable for technicians who service grease fittings on heavy equipment, fleet vehicles and agricultural machinery in rough outdoor environments.

Sustained pressure delivery up to 8000 psi

Each stroke displaces 1 mL of grease, requiring 28 strokes to deliver one ounce. The variable stroke mechanism lets the operator switch between full and partial strokes, maintaining consistent pressure during extended lubrication tasks without the pressure drop common in fixed-stroke designs when fittings resist flow.

8000 psi maximum operating pressure

This pressure rating determines whether the gun can overcome high-resistance fittings found on large bearings and pivot pins. If the application demands pressure beyond 8000 psi, a powered pump is required; for standard heavy-duty grease points, this manual gun provides sufficient force.

Questions about this item

How much hand effort does the lever action need to reach 8000 psi over a full day?

The gun delivers 8000 psi maximum pressure with a variable stroke; each ounce of grease takes 28 strokes, so sustained use will require repeated lever pulls at that rate.

Which grease containers fit the 14 oz cartridge and 16 oz bulk capacities?

It accepts standard 14 oz cartridges and can be filled with 16 oz of bulk grease; no proprietary container is required.

Will the 6 in rigid pipe extension reach fittings on older equipment with recessed zerks?

The 6 in steel pipe extension provides a fixed reach; if your older fittings sit deeper than that, you will need a flexible hose or longer adapter.
