Six-piece spring tube bender set manually bends round aluminum or copper tubing from 1/4 to 5/8 in up to 180 degrees
The Westward 3CYP3 set contains six spring tube benders covering outside diameters from 1/4 in to 5/8 in. It is built for electricians and installers who need to form copper or aluminium tubing on site without powered equipment. Each bender uses a manual squeeze mechanism to create smooth curves in thin-walled round tube.
The tools operate entirely by hand force, so they generate no heat, no audible noise and draw zero electrical power during bending. There are no motors, batteries or hydraulic circuits to maintain. Work speed depends only on the operator’s effort and the tubing material being formed.
The package supplies only the six benders sized for the listed diameters; no calibration markings, angle guides, lubricants or carrying case are included. Users must gauge bend angles visually up to 180 degrees and provide their own storage. No software or digital aids accompany this mechanical set.

Slide the spring that matches the tubing outside diameter over the tube, position it at the bend point, then squeeze the handles evenly to form a smooth radius up to 180 degrees.
Wipe the springs clean of metal shavings and apply a light oil to the coils periodically; inspect for cracks or permanent deformation before each job.
The maximum bend angle of 180 degrees is the hard stop; forcing beyond it will distort the tube and damage the spring.
