What this edition contains

The PS4 Back 4 Blood Ultimate Edition delivers the base game plus four days of early access. An Annual Pass grants all future downloadable content drops at no extra cost. A battle-hardened skin pack adds four character cosmetics and extra digital in-game items.

Players who want the full content roadmap

Co-op fans who plan to play long-term gain every upcoming expansion automatically through the Annual Pass. Solo players who only want the launch campaign can choose the standard edition instead and skip the pass.

Session stability over long evenings

The cooperative campaign scales difficulty dynamically so extended play sessions stay challenging without sudden spikes. Competitive multiplayer matches remain balanced because both Cleaner and Ridden sides share the same progression systems and card pools.
