Wall-mount carbon steel enclosure with screw-down clamps, NEMA 12/13 rating and ANSI 61 gray finish
This NEMA 12 and 13 rated enclosure houses electrical components in industrial environments. The 10 by 10 by 6 inch carbon steel body uses 14/16 gauge material with an ANSI 61 gray polyester powder coat. It carries CSA, cULus and UL Listed certifications for code compliance.
A solid hinged cover secures with screw-down clamps and screws for tool-accessible closure. External mounting plates simplify wall installation while a neoprene gasket seals the usable opening depth of 5.88 inches. The interior panel 31LA21 provides a mounting surface for breakers or terminal blocks.
The solid cover and gasketed seal limit airflow, so heat dissipates through the steel walls and mounting surface. No fans or vents are present, making acoustic output negligible in normal operation. Power draw depends entirely on the installed devices rather than the enclosure itself.

The enclosure is rated NEMA 12 and 13, meaning it protects against circulating dust, falling dirt, and dripping or light splashing of non-corrosive liquids in indoor locations.
External mounting plates are integrated; the usable opening depth is 5.88 in, so allow at least that much clear space behind the back panel for conduit or device bodies.
The cover uses screw-down clamps over a neoprene gasket; the step often missed is tightening each clamp evenly to compress the gasket uniformly and maintain the NEMA 12/13 seal.
