Wiegmann N412242010C carbon steel enclosure

The Wiegmann N412242010C is a wall-mount electrical enclosure built from 14 gauge carbon steel with an ANSI 61 powder-coated gray finish. It measures 24 in high, 20 in wide and 10 in deep, and carries NEMA 12, 13, 3R and 4 ratings plus IP66 protection. A seamless foam-in-place gasket and 1/4 turn latches seal the solid hinged cover. The unit includes an interior panel numbered 2NJ38 and pre-drilled mounting holes for direct wall installation.

Verify NEMA rating and cover style before ordering

Confirm that your application requires NEMA 12, 13, 3R and 4 ratings and IP66 ingress protection, as this enclosure is rated for those environments. Ensure the solid hinged cover with 1/4 turn semi-flush latches matches your access and security needs. Check that the 14 gauge carbon steel construction and ANSI 61 gray finish suit the installation location and any corrosion-resistance requirements.

Integrates with wall mounting and internal panel

The enclosure mounts directly to a wall using the provided mounting holes, freeing floor space and simplifying cable routing. The included 2NJ38 interior panel provides a ready mounting surface for DIN rails, terminal blocks or other components, reducing assembly time. The 1/4 turn latches allow quick cover removal for maintenance without tools, while the poured-in-place gasket maintains the seal after repeated opening.
