Wireway Panel Adapter 6x6

The Wiegmann PA0606 connects standard wireway sections to panel enclosures in commercial electrical installations. It fits 6 in by 6 in wireway dimensions and carries a NEMA Type 1 rating for indoor use. The adapter is built from 16 ga steel with an ANSI 61 polyester powder finish in gray.

Sustained installation performance

The steel construction and powder coating resist corrosion and mechanical stress during long-term service in indoor environments. UL listing E32576 and CSA file LL66078 confirm compliance with recognised safety standards for continuous operation. The design supports reliable cable management without degradation over time.

NEMA Type 1 indoor rating

This rating defines the product's suitability for general-purpose indoor locations only. It does not protect against water, oil, dust or outdoor exposure. Buyers needing weatherproof or wash-down protection must select a higher-rated enclosure accessory.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the PA0606 wireway panel adapter generate during continuous operation?

The steel adapter is a passive component with no electrical parts, so it produces no heat and requires no power when installed in a wireway run.

What existing wireway series must I already have for the PA0606 to connect properly?

It is designed for use with HS and S series wireways that share the 6 in x 6 in cross-section.

Will the ANSI 61 finish on the PA0606 match the coating on older HS or S series wireway sections?

Yes, the grey polyester powder finish follows the ANSI 61 standard used on those series.
