Extender kit for 500 m coaxial runs

The Wiistar HDMI extender kit includes a transmitter and receiver that carry 1080p60 video and 48 KHz PCM audio over RG6, RG7 or RG11 coaxial cable up to 500 metres. It is built for digital signage, security camera feeds or any point-to-point installation where long cable runs are required. The link is compliant with HDMI 1.4 and HDCP 1.4 standards. No software configuration is needed.

Verify cable type and loop-out needs

Confirm that the site cabling is 75 ohm RG6, RG7 or RG11 coaxial with F-type connectors; other cable categories will not reach the stated distance. The transmitter provides an HDMI loop output for a local monitor at the source end, while the receiver offers a coaxial loop output to daisy-chain another extender. Both loop ports are passive and do not regenerate the signal. Ensure the source device outputs a resolution listed in the supported formats.

Sustained lossless transmission at 1080p60

The extender maintains 24-bit colour depth at 1080p60 across the full 500 metre span without compression or added latency. Because the signal is transported natively over coaxial copper, there is no frame buffering or error-correction overhead that could introduce jitter during continuous operation. The shielded coaxial medium rejects electromagnetic interference that would degrade unshielded twisted-pair links over equivalent distances.
