Tour-Calibre Four-Piece Urethane Ball

The Wilson Staff Model is a tour-calibre, four-piece urethane golf ball built for players who demand precision, speed and consistency. Its medium-compression core provides a responsive feel off the clubface and produces flatter trajectories on full swings. A finely controlled paint application delivers a nearly flawless finish on every ball.

Urethane Cover Limits

The soft urethane cover maximises spin and control around the greens but wears faster than ionomer alternatives. Golfers who frequently play cart paths or abrasive surfaces will see scuffing sooner. The cover also generates higher short-game spin rates that can exaggerate sidespin on mishits for less consistent ball-strikers.

Yellow Colour Visibility

The yellow finish is the single specification that determines suitability for your game. It offers significantly better tracking in low light and against overcast skies than white balls. Players who primarily compete in bright midday sun or prefer the traditional look of white balls will not gain this visual advantage.
