1-to-2 Ethernet Splitter for Dual-Device Networks

The WinRaybot CY005 connects two wired devices to a single Ethernet source, letting a PC and a smart TV or two gaming consoles share one wall jack. It requires a USB-C power connection at 5 V to operate and includes the necessary cable. The aluminum housing provides passive cooling for continuous use.

1000 Mbps Throughput with Cat 5 to Cat 8 Support

Each of the two output ports handles up to 1000 Mbps, so 4K streaming, online gaming and large file transfers run at full gigabit speed. The splitter works with Cat 5, 5e, 6, 7 and 8 cables. Total bandwidth is shared between the two active devices, so simultaneous heavy loads will divide the available throughput.

USB-C Powered Operation with Port Status LEDs

The unit will not function without the supplied USB-C power cable connected to a 5 V source. Six LEDs — two per RJ45 port — show power and link status at a glance. Buyers who need a passive unpowered coupler or a single-cable solution without an external power adapter should choose a different product.

Questions about this item

Will the CY005 splitter let my Cat 6 cables and older Cat 5e cables both run at 1000Mbps?

The CY005 supports Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 7 and Cat 8 cables at up to 1000Mbps, so both cable types will operate at the same maximum speed.

How do I confirm the CY005 is powered and passing traffic on both ports after I plug it in?

Each of the three RJ45 ports has two LEDs — a yellow light shows DC 5V power is present and a green light shows a live network link on that port.

Does the CY005 package include the USB-C power cable, or do I need to buy one separately?

The box contains one CY005 Ethernet splitter and one USB-C power cable, so no separate power cable purchase is required.
