Wire Rope Crimping Tool Kit 1/16" × 328ft 304 Stainless Steel 200 Sleeves 50 Thimbles

Kit Contents

This wire rope crimping tool kit includes a heavy duty crimping plier, one roll of 1/16 inch × 328ft 304 stainless steel wire rope, 200 aluminium crimping sleeves and 50 stainless steel thimbles. The plier offers pressing positions of 0.1-0.5mm, 0.5-1.0mm, 1.0-2.0mm and 2.2mm with non-slip grips and a self-locking mechanism. Two integrated cutters handle cable trimming. The package weighs 3.5Lbs.

Suitable Uses

The kit suits DIYers, marine riggers and outdoor builders who need to terminate 1/16 inch wire rope for dog leashes, clothes lines, balustrades, sunshades or hanging lamps. The 368lbs breaking strength and 7×7 strand construction cover typical light-duty tension tasks. Buyers needing larger diameter rope, heavier load ratings or hydraulic pressing force should look at something else.

Sustained Use

The high carbon steel plier with polished chrome finish resists wear during repetitive crimping cycles, while the self-locking mechanism reduces hand fatigue over long sessions. The 304 stainless steel rope and thimbles maintain corrosion resistance in wet or salty environments. Aluminium sleeves deform cleanly under the 1.5mm pressing positions without splitting during extended production runs.
