WizBolt SZ01 White Wireless Gaming Headset

The WizBolt SZ01 is a white over-ear wireless gaming headset built for players who switch between PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. It connects to those platforms through a 2.4 GHz receiver while Bluetooth 5.4 handles Mac, Switch and mobile devices. A 3.5 mm cable adds wired support for Xbox and other analogue sources.

Setup and Common Issues

Plug the 2.4 GHz dongle into a USB port for instant wireless audio on PC or PlayStation; pair through Bluetooth 5.4 for Mac or mobile in seconds. The 3.5 mm jack works without drivers on any device with a headphone port. Battery life reaches 60 hours without lighting and drops to 25-30 hours when RGB effects are active, so charge via USB-C every few sessions.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Gamers wanting one headset for PC, PlayStation, Switch and mobile with long battery life and 7.1 surround sound will find it a good fit. Buyers who need simultaneous Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz audio, active noise cancellation or a detachable broadcast-quality microphone should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 7.1 surround sound is active after connecting the 2.4 GHz receiver to my PC?

The headset delivers 7.1 surround sound through the 2.4 GHz wireless link on PC; you will hear positional audio in games and the RGB lighting will be on unless you triple-click the light button to disable it.

What comes in the box and what must I provide separately?

The package includes the SZ01 headset, a 2.4 GHz USB receiver, a 3.5 mm audio cable and a USB-C charging cable; no separate adapter or battery is required.

Should I choose the 2.4 GHz wireless mode or Bluetooth 5.4 for my PlayStation 5?

Use the 2.4 GHz receiver for PS5 and PS4 because Bluetooth 5.4 is not supported on those consoles; Bluetooth 5.4 is intended for Switch, Mac, laptop or mobile devices.
