Pre-cut parchment sheets for baking

This pack contains 190 unbleached parchment sheets sized at 8 by 12 inches. The 40 gsm paper is made from 100 percent wood pulp and coated on both sides with food-grade silicone oil. It is designed for home bakers and cooks who want a ready-to-use, non-stick surface without cutting from a roll.

Flat sheets simplify preparation

Each sheet lies flat on the tray and will not curl, so there is no need to measure or trim before use. The pre-cut format removes the frustration of wrestling with a curled roll and speeds up the baking process. The two-sided non-stick coating means food releases easily and cleanup requires only discarding the used sheet.

Consistent heat transfer at high temperatures

The 40 gsm density allows rapid and uniform thermal conductivity during sustained baking, helping food crisp evenly. The paper withstands temperatures from minus 65 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, so it remains stable through long oven cycles, air-fryer runs or steaming sessions. The unbleached, BPA-free construction stays intact without breaking down under prolonged heat.

Questions about this item

How do I know the parchment sheets are performing correctly once I start using them?

The sheets should lay flat on an 8 by 12 inch tray without curling, release food cleanly on both sides thanks to the silicone coating, and withstand oven temperatures up to 450 degrees without burning.

What comes in the pack and is anything else needed to start baking?

The pack contains 190 pre-cut unbleached sheets measuring 8 by 12 inches at 40 gsm; no extra tools or accessories are required — just place a sheet on your tray and bake.

Which sheet weight should I choose for everyday baking?

This product uses a 40 gsm weight that balances durability and even heat transfer; heavier 45 gsm options exist elsewhere but are not part of this listing.
