Precut Parchment Sheets 100 Count

WMKGG EA-083 delivers one hundred unbleached parchment sheets precut to 9 by 6.2 inches. The flat sheets eliminate curling and remove the need to measure or tear from a roll. Home bakers and small-scale food prep operations can pull a sheet directly from the pack and place it on a tray.

40 gsm Weight and Temperature Range

Each sheet weighs 40 grams per square metre, a density chosen for even heat transfer without tearing. The paper withstands temperatures from minus 65 up to 450, covering freezer storage through high-heat oven and air-fryer use. It stops short of broiler-level heat or industrial conveyor ovens.

Double-Sided Silicone Coating

A food-grade silicone coating on both sides provides non-stick release for cookies, breads and fried items. No greasing is required and cleanup consists of discarding the used sheet. The unbleached wood-pulp construction is BPA free and fluorescent free, meeting standard food-contact requirements.

Questions about this item

Will the 9 x 6.2 in sheets lay flat in my existing half-sheet pans without curling?

The pre-cut 6.2 x 9 in sheets are designed to lay flat on matching trays and will not curl, so they fit half-size pans directly without trimming.

How can I confirm the non-stick coating is effective on both sides after first use?

Food should release cleanly from either side without grease, and the paper will show no tearing or sticking when lifted from cookies, wings or baked goods.

What does the 100-count pack contain and do I need a separate dispenser?

The pack holds 100 unbleached 40 gsm sheets measuring 9 x 6.2 x 0.35 in; no dispenser or container is included, so store them flat in a drawer or box.
