1400W server PSU kit with breakout board and seventeen PCIe cables

WMtec

WMtec 1400W Server Power Supply Kit Breakout Board 17x PCIe 6Pin to 6+2Pin 50cm 18AWG

SKU CH-TVQR-JRDFM

Delivers 1400W via a breakout board with 17 PCIe cables (50cm, 18AWG) for multi-GPU mining rigs

  • Delivers up to 1400W for demanding GPU arrays
  • 17-port breakout board distributes power across multiple cards
  • 17 PCIe cables convert 6-pin to 6+2-pin connectors
  • 50 cm cable length allows flexible routing in tight chassis
  • 18 AWG conductors handle high current with minimal voltage drop

High-wattage mining kit

The WMtec kit delivers a 1400 W server power supply paired with a 17-port breakout board and seventeen PCIe cables. It is built for operators running multiple graphics cards in a mining or compute rig.

Breakout board and cable layout

The included board converts the PSU output into seventeen 6-pin connectors, each leading to a 6+2-pin GPU plug on a 50 cm, 18 AWG cable. This arrangement removes the need for separate adapters and keeps cable routing tidy across a dense card array.

Thermals and power draw

The 1400 W unit is rated to sustain full load across all seventeen outputs, so thermal performance depends on case airflow rather than the supply itself. Fan noise will vary with the PSU model supplied, and total draw scales with the number of attached cards.

Questions about this item

How many PCIe 6+2 pin connectors can the 1400W kit deliver simultaneously?

The breakout board provides 17 ports, and the kit includes 17 cables each ending in a 6+2 pin connector, so all 17 can be used at once.

What is the cable gauge and length, and how does that affect heat during continuous mining loads?

Each cable is 50 cm long and built with 18 AWG conductors, which limits resistance and keeps temperature rise modest under sustained 1400 W draw.

Does the kit include the ATX motherboard cable needed to start the PSU, or must I supply it separately?

The listed contents are the 1400 W PSU, the 17-port breakout board and the 17 PCIe cables; an ATX 24-pin motherboard cable is not included.
