150 m HDMI KVM extender

This WMtec extender sends HDMI video, audio and USB keyboard and mouse signals up to 150 metres over a single CAT6 cable. It delivers full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60 Hz and complies with HDMI 1.3 and HDCP 1.2 standards. The kit includes one transmitter and one receiver, each powered by a US plug supply. Installation is plug-and-play with automatic source and display matching.

150 m over CAT6 cable

The decisive specification is the 150 metre transmission distance over standard CAT6 UTP or STP cabling. This range lets you place a computer far from the monitor and input devices without signal degradation. Shorter CAT5e runs are also supported, but the full 150 m rating requires CAT6. If your cable run exceeds this distance, this extender will not reach.

Fits standard network infrastructure

The units connect via RJ45 ports and can pass through an ordinary Ethernet switch, so they integrate into existing structured cabling. Each end measures approximately 95 x 70 x 26 mm, fitting easily on a desk or in a rack shelf. A mini USB port on the transmitter links to the host PC, while USB keyboard and mouse ports on the receiver handle peripheral input. No additional software or drivers are required.
