Replacement cable for Sennheiser headphones

The WMtec auxiliary cable replaces the original lead on compatible Sennheiser models including the HD202, HD477, HD497, HD212, EH250, EH350, HD200, HE400S, HE-400I, HE1000 and XF-200. It adds an inline tuning module and a 3.5 mm to 2.5 mm step-down plug so the headphones connect to standard portable sources.

Check connector and remote needs before ordering

Verify that your headphones use a detachable cable terminated in a 2.5 mm mono plug at the earcup end. The cable provides a 3.5 mm four-pole plug with inline remote for Android devices; iOS volume control is not supported. Lengths are fixed at 80 cm for the main run and 40 cm for the splitter, giving 120 cm total.

Braided jacket and oxygen-free cores reduce noise

A woven mesh outer sleeve resists pulling and tangling during daily use. High-count oxygen-free copper conductors increase surface area for high-frequency signal transfer, improving resolution and sound-field width. The passive tuning module adds no active circuitry, so power draw and thermal output remain negligible.
