Replacement power unit for DL380 G6 and DL385

The WMtec 437573-B21 is a new 1225 watt server power supply built for HP DL380 G6 and DL385 systems. It matches part numbers HSTNS-PC01, 451816-001 and 444049-001. This unit suits administrators who need a direct replacement for a failed or ageing module in those platforms.

Suits single-supply bays.

This module fits the standard power bay of the named servers. It will not serve builds that require hot-swap redundancy or a different form factor. Buyers who need multiple units for N+1 resilience or a different chassis should look elsewhere.

Sustained 1225 watt delivery under server load

The supply is rated to provide 1225 watts continuously while the host runs typical workloads. Thermal design and internal protection maintain stable output during extended operation rather than only in brief peaks.

Questions about this item

What HP server chassis must I already have to install this 1225 W 437573-B21 power supply?

It fits the DL380 G6 and DL385 chassis that accept the HSTNS-PC01 form factor.

Will this 437573-B21 unit share load with an existing 444049-001 or 451816-001 supply in the same server?

Yes, it is the same 1225 W model so the pair will operate in redundant mode.

How do I confirm the 437573-B21 is delivering power after I seat it in the bay?

The module’s front LED turns solid green when output is within spec.
