This 250 W server power supply replaces the original unit in ProDesk 480 400 G4 280 282 285 288 600 800 G3 G1 G2 MT desktops. It matches part numbers 901760-002 D16-250P1A D16-250P2A. Buyers who need a higher wattage unit for expanded configurations cannot use this model.

Worldwide AC input with fixed 3.5 A rating

The supply accepts 100--240 V at 50/60 Hz and draws up to 3.5 A. The current limit is set by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted. Builders who require a lower inrush current or a different voltage range must choose another unit.

250 W maximum output power

The unit delivers up to 250 Watt total. This single figure determines whether the supply can support the installed components. Systems that demand more continuous power will need a different power supply.

Questions about this item

Should I order the D16-250P1A or the D16-250P2A version for my ProDesk?

Both part numbers refer to the same 250 W unit; choose whichever matches the label on the supply you are replacing.

Will 250 W be enough for a fully loaded ProDesk 800 G3?

The 250 W rating is the maximum continuous output the supply delivers to the system; it matches the original specification for the listed ProDesk models.

Does the 100-240 V input auto-switch, or must I set a voltage selector?

The wide-range input accepts 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz without a manual switch, so it works on any standard mains supply.
