Gray leather ear cushions for WH-XB900N

These replacement ear pads fit the Sony WH-XB900N headset and arrive as a pair of leather-and-sponge cushions in gray. They are intended for owners whose original pads have worn, cracked or lost comfort. The soft elastic material conforms to different ear shapes and helps seal out ambient noise. No tools are required for installation.

Passive isolation and comfort

The leather surface and sponge core work together to block outside sound without active electronics. Because the pads simply snap onto the existing ear cups, they add no power draw, generate no heat and produce no fan or motor noise. The lightweight construction keeps the headset’s balance unchanged during long listening sessions.

Model-specific fit for WH-XB900N

These cushions are manufactured to match the WH-XB900N ear-cup geometry; they will not align with other headphone models. Buyers who need pads for a different Sony series or a non-Sony headset should look for a version made for that specific model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the WMtec ear cushions on my WH-XB900N headphones and what step do people often miss?

Stretch each leather-and-sponge pad over the ear-cup rim until the inner lip seats fully in the groove; the step users miss is pressing the entire circumference to lock the lip in place.

What maintenance will these WH-XB900N replacement pads need over time?

Wipe the leather surface with a slightly damp cloth and let air-dry; the sponge core cannot be washed, so replace both pads once they lose elasticity or show surface cracking.

What is the first comfort limit I will hit during long listening sessions with these earpads?

The sponge gradually compresses under sustained clamp pressure, reducing isolation and creating a warm spot around the ears after extended wear.
