What these ear pads replace

A pair of 70 mm velvet cushions designed to fit headphones with ear-cup openings between 60 mm and 110 mm. They are intended for listeners whose original pads have flattened, cracked or become uncomfortable after extended wear.

How the memory foam behaves over time

The chronic-rebound foam retains its shape during long sessions instead of collapsing like basic padding. This stable thickness keeps the driver-to-ear distance consistent, preserving bass response and overall tonal balance throughout the day.

Build details that affect daily use

Velvet covering feels soft against the skin and resists pilling through repeated on-off cycles. The stretch-fit design slides over most circular ear cups without tools, while the grey colour matches a wide range of headset finishes.

Questions about this item

Will the velvet material trap heat during all-day use?

The soft velvet covering and memory-foam core stay cool and breathable, preventing heat build-up even after hours of continuous wear.

What headphone models do these 70 mm pads fit without modification?

They are designed for ear-cup diameters of approximately 60 mm to 110 mm, covering most standard over-ear headsets in that range.

Will the thicker foam change the sound signature of my older headphones?

The memory foam enhances bass response and improves isolation, giving older headphones a fuller low end without altering mid or high frequencies.
