Replacement pads for 45h headsets

These blue ear pads are sized at 75 by 65 millimetres and are made specifically for the 45h headset model. They use a memory sponge core covered in soft leather to restore comfort and seal. The package includes two pads and nothing else. They are a direct swap for worn or missing originals.

Breathable leather and sponge construction

The leather surface allows air to circulate while the slow-rebound sponge conforms to the ear without excess pressure. This combination reduces heat build-up during typical listening sessions. No active cooling or electronics are involved so the pads add no noise or power draw. They simply sit on the headset as passive cushions.

Consistent comfort over long sessions

Because the sponge rebounds slowly it keeps its shape through extended wear rather than flattening quickly. The leather cover resists surface wear from daily contact. The pads maintain their acoustic seal and cushioning through repeated use. They are not designed for user servicing beyond simple replacement.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 75x65mm ear pads on my 45h headset and what step is often missed?

Stretch the sponge sleeve over each driver housing until the inner lip seats in the groove; the step people miss is aligning the seam with the headband hinge so the pads sit flat.

What maintenance or replacement will these blue sponge cushions need over time?

The memory sponge compresses with daily use; plan to swap both pads when the slow-rebound feel is gone or the leather surface starts to flake.

What limit appears first during long listening sessions with these 65mm thick pads?

Heat builds up against the ears because the sponge traps warmth; the breathable leather helps but does not eliminate the warmth after extended wear.
