75 mm Velvet-Foam Earpads for Headphone Repair

These replacement cushions fit headphone earcups with outer diameters between 60 mm and 110 mm. They are sold as a left-and-right pair in black velvet foam for listeners who need to refresh worn or torn pads on compatible models.

Sustained Comfort During Long Sessions

The soft foam padding keeps its shape during extended listening and reduces friction between the ear and the earcup. Velvet covering stays cool against the skin so pressure does not build up over hours of use.

Simple Stretch-On Installation

Each pad stretches over the existing earcup rim without tools or adhesives. The main difficulty is matching the exact diameter; measure the old pad before ordering because a mismatch prevents a secure fit.

Questions about this item

Do the 75 mm velvet-foam pads trap heat during long listening sessions?

The open-cell velvet foam lets air circulate, so ears stay cooler than with sealed leatherette pads during extended use.

What must I already own to fit these 75 mm replacement cushions?

You need headphones with ear-cup openings between 60 mm and 110 mm so the elastic rim can stretch securely over each cup.

Will the 75 mm pads fit my older ATH-FC700 headphones that originally used 65 mm pads?

Yes — the elastic rim stretches from 60 mm to 110 mm, so the 75 mm cushions slide over the 65 mm cups on the FC700 without modification.
