Elastic Earpads for DT700 ProX

These replacement earpads are designed specifically for the DT700 ProX headset. They use high-density memory sponge covered in flannel material to restore comfort and acoustic seal. The pair is intended for owners whose original pads have worn out or lost elasticity. Installation is a straightforward swap that requires no tools.

Sustained comfort and isolation

The memory sponge conforms to the shape of the ear over long sessions, maintaining a consistent seal that supports noise isolation and bass response. Flannel covering reduces heat buildup compared to leatherette, keeping the contact surface comfortable for hours. The elastic construction ensures the pads retain their shape after repeated compression and removal.

Upgrade from flattened stock pads

These pads replace original cushions that have collapsed, hardened or cracked, restoring the headset's intended acoustic performance. The jump is worth it when the existing pads no longer seal properly or cause pressure points after extended wear. Buyers needing a different colour or a velour surface should look elsewhere, as only black flannel is offered.

Questions about this item

How much heat builds up around the ears when wearing the high-density memory sponge earpads on the DT700 ProX for a full day?

The high-density memory sponge and flannel cover seal around the ears, which can trap warmth during extended sessions; taking short breaks helps keep temperature comfortable.

What must I already own for these replacement cushions to work?

You need a Beyerdynamic DT700 ProX headset; the package contains only two earpads and no headband or mounting hardware.

Will the elastic fitting stretch to match the original pads on my older DT700 ProX without gaps?

The elastic design is made for the DT700 ProX earcups, so it matches the factory dimensions and seals without gaps on that model.
