Questions about this item

Will the zipper or EVA shell on this case need replacing after frequent daily use?

The case uses a standard zipper and EVA construction; no replacement parts or service schedule are specified by the manufacturer.

What stops me from fitting anything larger than the 15.5 x 12 x 5.5 cm interior?

The internal cavity is moulded to the AfterShokz AS800650 shape, so the fixed dimensions and contoured pocket are the hard limit.

Does the EVA material trap heat or smell after the headphones sit inside all day?

EVA is a closed-cell foam that does not absorb moisture or odour, so no heat build-up or smell develops during extended storage.
