315 W power supply for OptiPlex XE2, 9020, 7020 and 3020 SFF systems with 8-pin, 4-pin and 6-pin connectors
The WMtec H315ES-00 is a 315 Watt server power supply built for OptiPlex XE2 9020 7020 3020 small form factor desktops. It replaces part numbers 4FCWX and 04FCWX directly. This unit suits IT teams maintaining fleets of these specific SFF workstations.
The supply delivers a maximum of 315 Watt from a 100-240V 4.4A 50-60Hz input range. This wide-range design handles global mains voltages without a selector switch. In normal office use the fan runs at low speed, keeping acoustic output modest for quiet environments.
The fixed cable harness provides an 8Pin, a 4Pin and a 6Pin connector arranged for the OptiPlex SFF motherboard. This pin-out matches the original chassis wiring exactly. Builders needing standard ATX 24-pin or additional PCIe cables cannot use this unit without adapters.

Remove the chassis side panel, slide the unit into the dedicated bay until the latch clicks, then connect the 8-pin, 4-pin and 6-pin cables; the common error is leaving the 6-pin connector loose, which prevents the system from posting.
Clean the intake vents and internal fan with compressed air every six to twelve months to prevent dust build-up that reduces airflow; the fan is the only moving part and cannot be lubricated, so replacement is needed if bearings become noisy.
The 315 W maximum output is the first hard limit; sustained loads at or above this level trigger over-current protection and shut the unit down, while the 100-240 V input range and 50-60 Hz frequency stay within spec.
