Headband Cover for Audio-Technica SR5 Series

This headband cover fits Audio-Technica ATH-SR5, ATH-MSR5, ATH SR5, SR5BT and MSR5 headsets. It protects the original headband from dirt and hair oils while adding a soft foam layer for extra comfort during long listening sessions. The cloth material resists abrasion and feels gentle against the head.

Zipper Design for Easy Maintenance

A built-in zipper allows the cover to be removed quickly for washing or replacement without tools. The cloth fabric withstands regular cleaning and daily wear, keeping the headband hygienic over time. Installation simply wraps the cover around the existing headband and zips it shut.

Single Cover Included

The package contains one gray headband cover measuring approximately 25x7 cm. No additional accessories, adhesives or software are supplied. The cover addresses comfort and cleanliness for compatible Audio-Technica models but does not alter sound quality or headset functionality.

Questions about this item

How do I install the WMtec headband cover on my ATH-SR5 without damaging the zipper?

Align the cover with the headband, then slide the zipper closed gently from one end to the other; forcing the zipper before the fabric sits flat can snag the teeth.

When will the cloth cover need replacing, and how should I clean it?

Replace it when the foam padding loses its spring or the cloth frays; unzip the cover and hand-wash it in cool water, then air-dry completely before refitting.

What is the first comfort limit I will hit during long listening sessions?

The cover measures approx. 25x7cm, so users with wider headbands may feel pressure at the edges before the foam itself bottoms out.
