Compatible headsets

This white headband cover fits the QC15, QC25, QC35 and QC35 II headsets. It is intended for owners who want to refresh a worn pad or protect the original band from scratches. The cover uses a micro-elastic material that stretches over the existing headband without removing it. No tools are required for installation.

Durability under daily use

The micro-elastic fabric resists peeling and holds its shape through repeated on-off cycles. A zipper closure keeps the cover secured during long listening sessions. The soft foam layer maintains comfort without hardening over time. The cover can be removed for cleaning whenever needed.

Check before ordering

Verify that your headset model is one of the four listed above; other models are not supported. The cover measures 17.3 cm in length and 5 cm in width, so confirm the original band matches those dimensions. Only the cover is included; no extra pads or hardware come in the package.

Questions about this item

Does the 17.3 cm headband cover add noticeable warmth or pressure during long listening sessions?

The soft micro-elastic foam adds minimal insulation and conforms without clamping, so heat build-up and pressure stay low even after hours of wear.

Which Bose models does this cover fit without modification?

It is cut for the QC15, QC25, QC35 and QC35 II headbands and slips on over the existing pad with no tools required.

Will the zipper closure snag on the headband hinge of a QC15 or QC25 when folding?

The zipper runs along the outer edge and clears the hinge mechanism on all four supported models, allowing normal folding and storage.
