Questions about this item

How much extra thickness does the 300 mm long silicone cover add to the WH-1000XM5 headband?

The soft silicone layer is thin and flexible, so it adds minimal bulk while still cushioning the headband and protecting it from hair oils and dirt.

Does the cover use any adhesive or clips, or is the zipper the only fastening?

The cover relies on a full-length zipper for a secure, tool-free fit; no glue, Velcro or clips are required.

Will the 85 mm wide cover fit the WH-1000XM5 headband without overhang?

Yes, the cover is sized specifically for the WH-1000XM5 headband, so the 85 mm width matches the band profile.
