WMtec HSTNS-PD43 1400W Flex Slot Platinum Plus Hot Plug server power supply

1400W Flex Slot Server Power Supply

The WMtec HSTNS-PD43 is a 1400 watt hot-plug unit built for enterprise server chassis that accept the Flex Slot form factor. It targets administrators who need redundant, high-efficiency power delivery in dense rack environments without custom wiring.

Capacity and headroom at 1400 watts

The supply delivers a maximum of 1400 watts from a 200 to 240 volt input rated at 8 amps across 50 to 60 hertz. On the output side the +12 volt rail provides up to 116.7 amps, giving ample headroom for multi-processor boards and full drive bays. Workloads that exceed the rated input current or demand sustained loads beyond the single-rail limit will hit the protection threshold.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

Platinum Plus efficiency reduces waste heat during typical operation so internal fans can spin at lower speeds while maintaining safe temperatures. Hot-plug capability allows replacement without shutting down the chassis, keeping airflow consistent across the rack. The unit draws only what the connected components require up to its rated maximum.
