QC35 Headband Cover Replacement

This grey sponge cover fits the QuietComfort 35 headband and measures approximately 150 mm in length. It protects the original headband from sweat, dirt and daily wear. Installation requires no tools and can be completed in seconds. The soft elastic material conforms to the headband shape for a secure fit.

Limited to QC35 and QC36 Models

The part is designed specifically for the QuietComfort 35 and 36 headphones and will not fit other headphone models. Buyers who need a cover for a different brand or series must look elsewhere. No adapter or modification is included to extend compatibility beyond the listed models. The sponge material may compress slightly over time with heavy use.

150 mm Length Determines Fit

The critical specification is the 150 mm length, which must match the headband on your QC35 unit. If your headband is shorter or longer, the cover will not sit correctly. Measure the existing band before ordering to confirm compatibility. The package contains a single cover with no additional hardware.
