320W server power supply compatible with HP MT and Workstation models including Z200, Z210, Z220, featuring 4-pin, 6-pin and cable connectors
This unit is a new 320 W server power supply built to replace the original PS-4321-9HA, HP-D3201A0 and CFH0320AWWA modules. It targets system integrators and IT staff maintaining HP MT desktops or Z-series workstations that require a direct-fit replacement. The supply matches the electrical rating and connector layout of the factory unit. No additional rails or adaptive circuitry are included.
The bundled harness combines a 4-pin, a 6-pin and a cable-pin connector on a single loom. This arrangement mirrors the original wiring so the installer does not need to source separate adapters or re-pin the motherboard header. The fixed cable set covers the power distribution used by the listed MT and workstation chassis. No modular cables or alternate plug types are supplied.
Confirm the chassis label shows one of the listed MT series numbers such as 4000, 6200 or 8300, or a Z200, Z210 or Z220 workstation designation. Check that the motherboard uses the same 4-pin, 6-pin and cable-pin keying shown in the product images. Units with different pin-outs or higher wattage requirements will not be compatible with this supply.

The power supply is a sealed server module with no user-serviceable components; replacement means swapping the entire 320W unit when it reaches end of life.
The internal over-temperature protection will trip before the 320W rating can be sustained indefinitely in a confined HP MT case.
The built-in fan spins continuously under load, producing audible airflow and exhausting warm air from the rear of the Z220 chassis.
