125-Grain Fixed-Blade Broadheads

These 125-grain arrowheads feature two fixed blades designed for strong penetrating power on game animals. The standard screw-in insert thread fits both traditional and compound bows, making them a direct fit for most existing arrow shafts. Supplied as a 12-piece set in red, they are intended for outdoor hunting and target shooting.

Precision Spin and Metal Construction

Each head is machined from metal for durability and consistent sharpness. The manufacturer states a 100-per-cent spin-test result, indicating straight flight characteristics under normal shooting conditions. At 2.5 inches long with a 1.25-inch cutting diameter, the profile balances penetration and wound channel without adding excessive mass to the arrow.

Upgrade from Mechanical or Lighter Heads

Archers moving up from mechanical broadheads or lighter grain weights gain a fixed-blade profile that cannot fail to deploy on impact. The 125-grain weight suits hunters who need deeper penetration on larger game but do not require the heavier options used for dangerous-game setups. The included storage case measures 12 by 8 by 3.8 centimetres and weighs 48.2 grams, keeping the dozen heads organised between outings.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 125-grain screw-in broadhead and what step is often missed?

Thread the broadhead onto the arrow insert until the ferrule seats flush; the step often missed is checking that the blades align with the fletching for consistent flight.

What maintenance or replacement will the 2 fixed blades need later?

Inspect the metal blades after each use for nicks or bent edges; resharpen or replace any blade that no longer holds a clean edge.

What limit appears first during sustained shooting with the 1.25-inch diameter broadhead?

The 1.25-inch cutting diameter creates drag that reduces penetration depth on heavy bone before the metal structure shows fatigue.
