33-Inch Carbon Arrows 400 Spine

These 33-inch carbon-fibre shafts carry a 400 spine rating and come fitted with 100-grain removable steel tips. The pack contains twelve arrows coloured purple for high visibility during practice or hunting sessions. They are built for adult archers using compound, recurve or traditional longbows.

Upgrade From Lower-Consistency Shafts

Arrows with looser straightness tolerances or mismatched spine can cause erratic flight and lost confidence. These shafts are sorted to a +/-.006-inch straightness spec and a consistent 10.08 GPI weight, so the step up is worthwhile when tighter groups matter. Archers who need a different spine value or a longer shaft length should look elsewhere.

Ready-to-Shoot Setup

Each arrow arrives assembled with 4-inch natural turkey feathers, an adjustable-index nock and a screw-in point secured by a rubber O-ring. No glue is required; simply rotate the nock to match your bow type and verify tip tightness before shooting. Feathers may arrive compressed from shipping and can be steamed back to shape if needed.

Questions about this item

What bow poundage and arrow-rest clearance do the 33.4" 400-spine carbon shafts require?

The 400 spine is engineered for compound, recurve and long bows; the 33.4" shaft length and 10.08 GPI keep clearance tight, so verify your rest height before shooting.

How do the adjustable nocks and screw-in 100 grain points install, and what step is often missed?

Rotate each nock to match your string groove, seat the included pin nock bushing, then screw in the 100 grain steel point with its rubber O-ring — skipping the O-ring lets the tip loosen.

When should the turkey feathers or carbon shafts be replaced?

Replace feathers if steam or light flexing cannot restore shape after transport crushing; retire any shaft that shows cracks, splinters or fails the straightness tolerance of ±.006".
