Ideal for Extra-Rough Surfaces

This nine-inch roller cover features a one-inch nap made from a knit lambswool and polyester blend. It is designed for use on brick, concrete, drywall, masonry and wood surfaces. The cover works with flat paints, satin paints, stains and waterproofing coatings.

Cage Frame Compatibility

The cover fits any standard cage frame with a one-and-a-half-inch core diameter. Its nine-inch width matches standard nine-inch frames for direct installation. The polypropylene core ensures a secure fit on compatible roller frames during application.

Consistent Coverage Performance

The lambswool and polyester material holds a high volume of paint for efficient coverage on textured substrates. The knit construction resists matting to maintain an even finish across rough surfaces. This design supports smooth application of heavier coatings like waterproofing products.

Questions about this item

How long does the 1 in nap hold up when rolling extra-rough brick or concrete all day?

The knit lambswool-polyester blend is built for extra-rough surfaces such as brick, concrete and masonry, so the 1 in nap resists matting and keeps loading paint through extended sessions.

Does the cover get heavy or shed fibres after hours of use with waterproofing coatings?

The polypropylene core stays rigid and the polyester-wool cover resists shedding, so the roller remains balanced and clean even during long waterproofing or stain jobs.

Which frame do I need to mount this 9 in cover?

Any 1 1/2 in diameter cage frame that accepts a 9 in wide cover will fit the polypropylene core directly.
