Wooster Brush Company R999-9 Phenolic Floor Coating Roller 12 PK

9-Inch Phenolic Floor Coating Roller 12-Pack

This twelve-pack supplies nine-inch phenolic rollers built for smooth concrete floors. The phenolic core and cover resist solvent attack from both oil-based and water-based coatings. Professional painters and facility crews use them to lay down even films on large horizontal surfaces. The cage-style frame compatibility keeps the roller secure during long passes.

Cage-frame installation with matched frames

Slide the roller onto any compatible cage frame such as the R017-9, R030-9, R402-11, R404-11, R405-13, R501-9 or BR549-11 and lock it in place. The one-and-a-half-inch phenolic core fits the cage wires without tools. The most common issue is using a frame with a different core diameter, which lets the cover wobble and leaves streaks on the floor.

Zero-nap phenolic cover for smooth concrete

The cover has no nap, so it deposits a uniform film on smooth concrete without trapping air or leaving texture. This specification decides whether the roller matches the job; textured or porous substrates need a nap roller instead. Buyers who need a stipple finish or are coating rough block walls cannot use this cover.
