Wooster 9 in roller cover for rough surfaces

The Wooster R241-9 is a 9 in paint roller cover with a 3/4 in nap made from knit fabric. It is designed for applying flat paints, satin paints, stains and waterproofing coatings. The cover fits standard cage-style roller frames with a 1 1/2 in core diameter. It suits rough surfaces such as brick, concrete, drywall, masonry and wood.

Check frame compatibility and core fit

Verify that your roller frame accepts a standard cage-style cover with a 1 1/2 in core diameter. Compatible Wooster frames include models BR549-11, R017-9, R030-9, R402-11, R404-11, R405-13 and R501-9. Ensure the frame length matches the 9 in cover length for proper attachment. This cover is not suited for smooth surfaces requiring a shorter nap.

Low-sheen finish with standard coverage

The knit fabric construction holds and releases coating evenly on textured substrates. The 3/4 in nap carries sufficient material for rough, porous surfaces without excessive splatter. Clean-up depends on the specific paint or stain used. The cover is intended for low-sheen applications on the listed surface materials.
