Share four USB 3.0 peripherals between two computers via a six-port selector with one-second switching and LED status indication
This WRIARICH switch lets two computers share four USB 3.0 peripherals with a single button press. It suits home users and small offices that want to avoid cable swapping or network sharing setups. Compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS, it works immediately without driver installation. An optional micro-USB power port is available for demanding devices such as external hard drives.
The unit is bus-powered and draws its operating current from the connected computers. No external power supply is required for typical keyboard, mouse or flash-drive loads. Because there are no active cooling components, the switch runs silently and adds negligible heat to the desk. The optional 5 V micro-USB input only supplements power when high-draw peripherals are attached.
Under continuous use the switch maintains a stable USB 3.0 link between the active computer and all four ports. LED indicators show which system is currently connected, preventing accidental data interruption. The push-button toggles instantly without resetting attached devices, so long print jobs or large file transfers proceed uninterrupted. It is not designed for users who need simultaneous access from both computers or more than four shared ports.

Connect each computer to the two upstream ports using the supplied cables, attach up to four peripherals to the downstream ports, then plug a standard 5 V adapter into the micro-USB power port; the separate power step is the one users forget, and without it high-draw devices like HDDs or SSDs may not work reliably.
No routine maintenance is required; the unit has no user-serviceable parts, so if the push-button or LED indicators fail after extended use the whole switch would be replaced rather than repaired.
The bus-powered design caps total current at what a single 5 V supply can deliver, so combined throughput across all four ports will throttle once the aggregate draw exceeds that budget.
