4-Port DisplayPort KVM Switch

The WRIARICH 4-port DisplayPort KVM switch lets you control four computers with one keyboard, mouse and monitor. It supports video up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and passes USB 2.0 signals for peripherals. The unit is aimed at users who need to share a single display and input set across multiple PCs or laptops.

Build integration and cabling

Each computer connects through its own DisplayPort and USB-B link, so four DP cables and four USB-B cables are required. The switch draws power from the included external adapter, removing any reliance on bus power. A wired remote button is supplied for desk-side switching without reaching the main unit.

Bundled accessories and software impact

The package provides four USB-B cables, a remote switch cable and a power cord, so no extra cables are needed for a basic four-system setup. No driver installation is required on Windows, Linux or macOS, meaning the switch works immediately after connection. HDCP 2.2 and HDR10 support are handled in hardware, leaving the operating system untouched.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum video bandwidth the switch can sustain across all four ports at 4K 60 Hz?

The DP 1.2 standard provides up to 21.6 Gbit/s total bandwidth, supporting 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz on the active port.

Does the unit generate noticeable heat or fan noise when left running continuously?

The switch has no fan and draws power from the included external adapter, so it runs silently with minimal heat during all-day use.

Which cables and ports must my four computers already have to connect without adapters?

Each computer needs a DisplayPort output and a USB-B port; the box includes four USB-B cables for those connections.
