Converts a PSU 6-pin output to an EPS 8-pin or 4-pin CPU connector, 33 cm 18 AWG cable for dual or quad CPU boards
The WRIARICH adapter converts a power supply 6 pin output into an EPS-12V 8 pin (4+4 detachable) or P4 ATX 4 pin motherboard connector. It suits builders using dual, quad or server boards that require an 8 pin CPU power input but only have a 6 pin lead available. The 13 inch (33 cm) sleeved cable includes self-adhesive tape for routing. It is designed solely for motherboard use.
The 18 AWG tin-coated copper wire (type 1007) carries the current needed for typical multi-CPU server boards within the length provided. The detachable 4+4 pin end lets you fit either an 8 pin EPS socket or a 4 pin P4 socket by sliding the extra section on or off. Headroom ends where the power supply 6 pin rail cannot deliver the wattage the motherboard demands, or where the cable length falls short of the routing path.
The EPS-12V 8 pin (4+4) standard expects a dedicated CPU power rail from the supply; this adapter only reshapes the existing 6 pin connector, it does not create extra power. Using the cable with a graphics card will damage the adapter and the card because the pin-out and current spec differ. The 13 inch reach limits placement to motherboards close to the power supply; longer runs need a different cable.

Yes, the 6-pin female end plugs into a 6-pin port on the power supply, while the detachable 8-pin (4+4) male end connects to the motherboard EPS or 4-pin ATX socket.
The system should boot reliably under load; check BIOS hardware monitoring for steady 12 V rails and confirm no unexpected shutdowns during stress tests.
The box contains one 13-inch 6-pin to 8-pin (4+4) adapter and one piece of self-adhesive tape; no additional cables are included.
