Dual-Display Control

This DisplayPort 1.4 KVM switch connects two computers to two monitors, letting one keyboard and mouse command both systems. It supports extended or mirrored desktop modes across the pair of displays. The unit draws power from the attached USB cables so no separate adapter is needed for typical peripherals. A wired remote and front-panel buttons both change the active computer.

Build Integration

Four USB 3.0 ports on the switch share printers, drives or other devices between the two PCs at up to 5 Gbps data rate. The box ships with two 8K-rated DisplayPort 1.4 cables and two USB 3.0 cables, so the link is ready without extra purchases. High-draw USB devices such as mechanical hard drives will require an external 5 V supply. Driver-free operation works on Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP and macOS.

Resolution Headroom

Maximum video throughput reaches 8K at 30 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz, with 2560×1440 also at 144 Hz and 1920×1080 at 144 Hz. Each computer can run a different resolution and the switch will downscale to the lower common timing. Bandwidth limits appear above 8K 30 Hz, so 8K high-refresh or dual 8K 60 Hz setups are not supported.
