HDMI 2.1 bandwidth limits

The switch passes video up to 8K at 60 Hz when both source and display support HDMI 2.1 and an HDMI 2.1 cable is used. It is backward compatible with 4K at 120 Hz and with lower resolutions. USB data runs at USB 2.0 speed, so high-bandwidth devices such as external SSDs will not reach their full transfer rate.
