Capture card for streaming and recording

The WRIARICH HU-03C captures HDMI video at up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz and records at 1080p 60 fps over USB-C. It works with Windows, Linux and Mac OS without driver installation and supports OBS, VLC, Potplayer and other UVC software. Streamers, educators and remote workers can record gameplay, lessons or meetings from consoles, cameras or set-top boxes.

Input resolution and output limit

The single specification that decides suitability is the maximum input of 4K @ 60 Hz paired with a 1080p 60 fps USB-C output. If your workflow needs 4K recording or passthrough, this device will not meet that need.

Thermals noise and power

The aluminium alloy shell measuring 18.5 cm by 2.3 cm dissipates heat passively with no fan, so operation is silent. Power is drawn entirely from the host USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port, requiring no external supply.

Questions about this item

What does the 1080p 60fps capture limit mean when I plug a 4K source into this card?

The card accepts a 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz HDMI signal but records or streams at a maximum of 1080p 60fps over USB-C.

Which USB standard caps the throughput on the USB-C connection?

The capture card uses USB 2.0, so the 1080p 60fps video feed is limited to that bandwidth.

How much space does the 7.3 in aluminium body need on my desk or in a bag?

The capture card measures 7.3 in long and 0.9 in wide (18.5 cm × 2.3 cm), fitting easily alongside a laptop.
