The WRIARICH OZHW5 expands one RJ45 socket into four gigabit ports so several wired devices can share a single uplink. It is intended for home offices or small businesses that need extra Ethernet drops without running new cables. The unit requires the included USB power cable to operate and will not function without it. IPTV signals are not supported.

The spec that decides fit

Each of the four ports negotiates at 1000 megabits per second and the total bandwidth is shared across all connected devices. Because the adapter has no DHCP or switching logic, an upstream router or switch must hand out IP addresses. If your network relies on IPTV multicast streams, this device will not pass them.
