A dual-monitor KVM switch lets two computers share two DisplayPort displays and four USB peripherals at up to 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz with push-button or wired remote switching
The WRIARICH SW623 lets two computers share two DisplayPort monitors and four USB peripherals. It supports resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, with backward compatibility down to 720p. Extended and Duplicate display modes give flexibility for multitasking or mirroring. A wired remote and front push buttons provide instant source switching.
The switch maintains 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz continuously through its dual DisplayPort channels without dropping frames. HDCP 2.3 compliance ensures protected content plays without interruption during long sessions. The 12 V DC power supply delivers stable current so video and USB 3.0 data remain reliable under full load. Aluminium housing aids passive heat dissipation for consistent performance.
Dual 8K60 signals approach the practical bandwidth ceiling of the DisplayPort interface used, so cable quality and length become critical for signal integrity. USB 3.0 ports operate at 5 Gbps, which caps external SSD throughput below the drive’s native speed. The two USB 2.0 ports handle keyboards and mice but are not suited for high-bandwidth storage. Hot-plugging many devices simultaneously may exceed the hub’s current budget.

The unit is passively cooled with no fan, so it stays silent; the 12 V DC adapter and aluminium chassis dissipate the modest power draw without audible noise or uncomfortable surface temperatures during continuous use.
Each computer needs one DisplayPort video output and one USB Type-C port that carries USB 3.0 data; the box includes two USB 3.0-to-Type-C cables for those links.
Yes — the switch is backward compatible with 1080P, 720P and other common resolutions, so legacy monitors can share the same two-computer setup as 4K or 8K screens.
