Allows two computers to share four USB peripherals at 3.0 speeds with one-button switching
This USB 3.0 KVM switch lets two computers share four peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, printer, scanner or flash drive. A single button press swaps the active computer without unplugging cables. It works with Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS and supports hot-swap operation.
The all-aluminium shell dissipates heat passively so the unit runs silently during normal use. Power is drawn from an included USB-A to USB-C cable connected to a 5 V source, eliminating the need for a separate power adapter. No active cooling or external supply is required.
The package includes two USB-A to USB-A 3.0 data cables for the computer links and one USB-A to USB-C cable for power. These cables enable a complete connection out of the box without purchasing additional leads.

Plug each USB-A to A 3.0 cable into a computer USB 3.0 port and the switch's upstream ports, connect the USB-A to C power cable to any 5 V USB charger, then attach up to four peripherals to the downstream ports; press the front button to toggle between the two computers.
The cables are passive copper and rated for the USB 3.0 5 Gbps spec; replace them only if a connector becomes loose or the cable is physically damaged — no scheduled swap is required.
Sustained throughput tops out at the USB 3.0 5 Gbps signalling rate; real-world transfers will plateau near that ceiling when moving large files between the active computer and a connected SSD or flash drive.
