USB4 Gen 3x2 cable 1.5ft 40Gbps 240W copper

This USB4 Gen 3x2 cable connects USB-C devices at up to 40Gbps. It supports 240W Power Delivery 3.1 for laptops, tablets and phones. The 1.5ft length suits desktop setups. Buyers needing longer reach for wall outlets or distant peripherals should choose a different length.

Capacity and headroom

The cable delivers 48V at 5A for 240W charging with compatible chargers and devices. It handles 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz video. Backwards compatibility covers 180W, 140W, 100W and lower profiles. It cannot drive dual 4K displays without a second cable.

Deciding specification

USB4 Gen 3x2 at 40Gbps is the single spec that determines fit. If your host and device both support USB4 Gen 3x2 you get the full bandwidth; otherwise the link falls back to the lowest common standard.

How can I verify the cable is delivering 240W and 40Gbps after connecting it?

Check your device's power meter or system report for 48V/5A charging and 40Gbps link speed; the cable supports PD 3.1 EPR and USB4 Gen 3x2.
