Wusthof Classic 2 Piece Prep Set

This Wusthof Classic set includes a 3.5-inch Paring Knife and a 6-inch Hollow Edge Cooks Knife. The paring knife handles peeling, coring, mincing and decorative precision tasks. The cook's knife serves as a versatile tool for general kitchen preparation. Both blades are forged cutlery from Wusthof.

Suited for cooks starting a custom knife collection

Buyers who want more pieces than the two knives provided should look elsewhere. Those requiring specialised blades such as boning, bread or carving knives are not served by this set. It addresses only paring and general chef's knife duties.

Two knives define the scope

The package contains exactly 2 knives covering paring and chef's knife roles. No additional blades, steels, blocks or shears are included. This count determines whether the set matches the intended kitchen tasks.

The combined weight is 4 units, giving a balanced feel that reduces fatigue during extended prep.

What standard governs the hollow edge on the 6-inch cooks knife?
